About Stuart

I have been practicing and teaching many Asian mind/body techniques for over 40 years.  I have degrees from Tulane and Cornell and worked as a corporate attorney at a major Wall Street law firm and was Associate General Counsel at a major investment bank.   Here is a detailed resume.
